How our journey began

Hi! I'm Tracey, the founder of Thrill Events, and my specialty is turning ordinary occasions into extraordinary, memory-making spectacles. My journey into the world of event planning began in 2006, driven by a fierce passion and a very personal reason – my baby girl (who recently just turned 18!).

As a full-time professional actor, I was constantly on the move, which didn't sit well with my new role as a mum. I yearned to be close to my little one, yet I also wanted to channel my creativity and organisational skills. That's when The Thrill of it All (now Thrill Events) was born – out of love, a knack for organising, and a desire to make magic happen for others.

From chairing theatre committees in high school to juggling roles as a PA and office manager, my life has been a tapestry of roles that honed my natural flair for organisation. But it's not just about being orderly; it's about pouring heart and soul into helping people. Whether it's life's celebrations or dreamy weddings, I'm there, transforming visions into vivid realities.

What sets me apart? I'm a problem-solver, a creative spirit, and a connector. Over the years, I've built a reputation as Scotland's premier event planner, known for going above and beyond, exceeding even the wildest expectations. My connections across various industries and my dedication to excellence have shaped Thrill Events into a well-respected name in the event planning world.

I'm particularly proud of our work with the Emmie Smillie Charity Foundation. Since 2017, our collaborative efforts have raised hundreds of thousands in donations, a testament to the power of community and compassion.

OMG, what can we say about Tracey and the whole thrill events team, in fact at the beginning they are a team but by the end are like family, you just sit back, turn up on the day and everything is perfect, just like you imagined and more!
